Shipping Policy

• Flat Rate $10 - Any orders below $300 will have a flat rate of $10 shipping for US orders (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Island Territories)
  Free Shipping over $300 - Any orders that have a total of $300+ (excluding tax) will have free shipping. This applies to US Orders only (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Island Territories).
  International Orders - Will follow carrier rates.
  Local Pickup - No shipping cost.
• All orders will have a tracking number that will be e-mail when the order is processed and shipped.

Return Policy

• We have a 30 day policy for returns.
• For items to be eligible for a refund it must fulfill all these requirements:

(1) The item is returned within 30 days of when it was purchased

(2) Item must have proof of purchase from Glacier Hobbies

(3) The item must be unopened

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• There is a 10% credit card processing fee if the item was originally bought using credit card/Paypal.
• There will be a 3-5 day wait for credit card refund.
